Claremont Branch Update

A gorgeous picture window installed at the farthest end of the Children's wing of the branch.

This photo shows a real work in progress in the picture book alcove.  These custom windows will provide natural sunlight and whimsy to the reading area in the nook.

A view of the Children's wing, including the flex space at the far back, and door to the staff work area on the left.

Storage area and sink in the flex space at the far end of the Children's wing.

Beautiful, energy efficient window providing incredible natural light.

This may not look like much, but it is in fact a big deal!  The tarps are coving our new casework:  cabinets and shelving designed to make the best use of space.

This photo shows just how much light the lobby of the library will get.  Isn't it gorgeous?!?

A view of the Adult and Teen spaces.  You can see the framing of the new Teen space to the left.

This close-up of the Teen Room shows a really well-defined and well-appointed space dedicated just to Teens!
A sample of the incredible bathrooms at the branch.  The tiling was just completed, and partitions and changing tables are being installed today.
