West Branch has walls and a ceiling

Standing on the south side of University Avenue, looking North at West Branch.
Here you can see West's roof and skylight framing continues. The new building will receive loads of natural light in nearly every room.

This picture is taken inside the main reading room. This photo is looking south at apartment buildings across the street.

Here's a peek inside West's new teen space.

This area behind the building will eventually serve as a large planter. The planter is positioned to receive roof water drainage--this is all connected to this building being the first Net Zero Energy Library in the country. Want to know more?

This picture is taken, looking east, standing at the entrance of the building. In this photo, you can look up and see the prominent awning, which faces University Avenue.
